Heritage Center Exterior Painting

The Town of Orford is accepting sealed bids to repaint the Orford Heritage Center, located at 2546 Route 25A, Orford, NH.

Bids need to include the preparation of the exterior of the building to remove loose paint, debris, and dirt prior to painting. Painting four sides of the building with oil based white exterior paint and window trim will be painted with an exterior oil-based paint with color as close as possible to the current paint color.

The building may be viewed anytime without notice to gain information for bidding needs. The 2-story building is approximately 40’ by 50’
