Mission
The mission of the Budget Advisory Committee is to aid the Selectboard in the preparation of the yearly budget, and Warrant Articles dealing with financial matters, for the town of Orford, New Hampshire, consistent with the best interests of the town and people therein.
To accomplish this, cooperative discussions need to take place between the Selectboard and the Budget Advisory Committee so that ideas may be exchanged regarding the financial proposals. Consideration should be made for economical expenditures while ensuring that sufficient funds to achieve the yearly goals are provided for.
